OTP-Based 8-Bit Microcontroller Series
LS6T56 series is a low-power, high-speed, high-noise tolerance, EPROM/ROM microcontroller based on 8-bit CMOS technology, using RISC instruction set, a total of 42 instructions, except for branch instructions for two cycles, the rest are single Cycle instructions. This easy-to-use, easy-to-remember instruction set greatly reduces development time.
■ Dual clock mode IRC_RTC (IRC for Fcpu/LF for T0)
■ 32-level voltage comparator, can compare the power supply voltage (by software control)
■ Two independent control timers (T0\T1)
■ Three independent control PWM outputs (PB2\PB1\PB0)
■ PB3 port software controllable pull-up, PB3 can be used as standard IO port
■ 4-level hardware control port strength and weakness drive current, the maximum source current can reach 40mA, the maximum current can reach 150mA.
■ 3 working modes: normal mode, low speed mode, sleep mode.
■ Provide SOP8 package
